RETURNS + REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident in your MANE Attraction purchase. Due to the hygienic and professional-use nature of human hair extensions, all returns must meet the eligibility requirements below.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Unused and unopened physical products may be eligible for return when they are in their original condition, with all original packaging, seals, ties, labels, and/or protective materials intact.

Hair extensions that have been opened, untied, unbundled, installed, worn, washed, colored, toned, chemically treated, cut, altered, or otherwise modified are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strongly recommend confirming the color, length, method, and quantity before opening or altering your extensions.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please contact hello@mainattractioneduandextensions.com before sending any product back.

Include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the request.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or confirmed defective.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Do not install, wash, color, tone, cut, or alter the hair before contacting us. Modification of the product may prevent us from being able to verify the issue or approve a replacement.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate to the circumstances.

COLOR

Hair color can appear differently depending on lighting, screens, photography, and surrounding tones. Slight color variations are not necessarily considered a product defect.

We strongly recommend professional color matching before opening or altering the hair whenever possible.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS + EDUCATION

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, downloadable resources, online education, and other digital materials, digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Live classes, in-person education, and separately contracted education services may be subject to additional cancellation, transfer, or rescheduling terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.

Processing times from your financial institution may vary after a refund has been issued.
